Besides various activities ranging from scientific projects to outreach events, InnoVal^HC is also a member of the Alliance for the Advancement of Applied Health Economics (A³HE).

A³HE is an international network of experts who share an interest in the advancement of applied health economics. Its approach is intended to be synergistic with the work of international and national associations concerned with the use of economic thinking for the enhancement of health policy. In general, the network seeks to increase the correspondence between fundamental economic principles and evidence relating to social values. To promote more policy-relevant health economic re­search, A³HE explicitly endorses an approach that will be characterized by theoretical and methodological pluralism.
